Burnside Boardwalk Residences

Lime Design teamed up with architect Craig Monaghan and builder SEED, LLC to help create a carbon-neutral, affordable housing project intended to foster a sense of pride, ownership, and community belonging. Utilizing sustainable elements such as geothermal heating/cooling, solar panels, rain harvesting, triple pane windows and an ultra-efficient building envelope, this collaborative project raises the bar for modern housing construction while contributing to a healthier, more social planet.
